At NWSL SHOP, we want you to represent your favorite club with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
