How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that custom jerseys and personalized apparel may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy for fan merchandise?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I know which size jersey to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our jerseys come in various cuts, including 'Authentic' (slim fit) and 'Replica' (standard fit), so we recommend measuring a shirt you already own for comparison.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship NWSL gear to fans worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of order placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center.
